Registered Manager – Medium Nursing Home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead a well-established medium-sized nursing home based in Didcot. This role offers a highly competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus, and is ideal for a passionate leader with a strong background in elderly care.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently maintained. Working alongside a dedicated and professional team, the Registered Manager will oversee all operational aspects and drive continuous improvement across care quality, staffing, occupancy, and regulatory outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Manager is essential
- Proven track record in nursing home management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- RGN qualification is preferred, but not essential
- Comprehensive understanding of CQC requirements and care regulations
- Ability to maintain high occupancy and excellent standards of resident care
