Role: Registered Home Manager
Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £57,000 (DOE)
 
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager to take the lead at a well-established care home in Northallerton. With strong clinical support, a solid staff team, and an already positive reputation, this is the perfect opportunity for a capable leader to build on success and make their mark.
 
What We’re Looking For:

• An experienced Registered Manager, ideally with nursing qualifications (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – but we’re open to non-clinical candidates with a strong background in care home management
• Proven success in leading care homes with good CQC outcomes
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a collaborative, resident-first approach
• A confident decision-maker with the ability to maintain high standards and a calm, positive culture
