Role: Home Manager (RGN Essential)
Location: Alfreton
Salary: £65,000 + Bonus (Negotiable for the right candidate)
 
Are you an experienced and clinically strong Home Manager ready to take the lead in a well-staffed, recently stabilised care home?
 
We are seeking a Registered Manager for a nursing home in Alfreton, offering a fantastic opportunity to build on a recent CQC ‘Good’ rating and help drive forward occupancy and service excellence.
 
What We’re Looking For:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Essential
• Currently a Registered Manager with a strong clinical background
• CQC knowledge and experience – ideally someone who has led or been involved in a recent inspection
• Proven track record of stabilising and improving occupancy in a care setting

 
About the Role:

• Lead and support an established, fully staffed home
• Work alongside a strong Clinical Lead Nurse
• Maintain and enhance the recently achieved GOOD CQC rating
• Focus on increasing occupancy – current level 80%
• Deliver safe, high-quality care while sustaining the home’s stability
