Registered Manager – Elderly Care

Location: Warrington

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

A well-established and highly regarded provider of elderly care services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a state-of-the-art care home in Warrington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding care and achieving high regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and fostering a culture of excellence among staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and management of the care home
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement within the service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a care setting
  • A valid NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional care and leading by example
