This role is best suited to a dynamic and proactive leader with prior experience as a Home Manager, looking to join a forward-thinking care provider offering a strong salary package and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear, effective leadership to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service
• Uphold and promote the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance
• Lead on all aspects of regulatory requirements, ensuring CQC standards are consistently met or exceeded
• Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources efficiently
• Inspire and motivate staff through coaching, mentoring, and professional development
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

• Proven track record as a Registered Manager or Home Manager
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and experience of achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
