A leading care provider is seeking an accomplished and motivated Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a high-performing residential care home in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership and strategic direction to the home and staff team
• Ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred, and high-quality care
• Maintain full compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
• Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure operational efficiency
• Develop a positive and empowering culture for both residents and staff
• Build trusted relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies

• Previous experience as a Registered or Home Manager is essential
• Sound understanding of CQC regulations, with a history of successful inspections
• Strong leadership and communication skills
