A leading care provider is seeking an accomplished and motivated Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a high-performing residential care home in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and strategic direction to the home and staff team

Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Registered or Home Manager is essential
  • Sound understanding of CQC regulations, with a history of successful inspections
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passionate about driving continuous improvement and achieving outstanding care outcomes
