Job Title: Care Home Manager – Dementia Specialist Service
Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + Benefits


Are you an experienced and motivated Home Manager with a passion for dementia care? Do you have a proven track record of improving standards and turning around underperforming services?
 
We’re working with a respected care provider to recruit a Home Manager for a well-established dementia care home in Gainsborough. The home requires a confident leader who can drive positive change, embed a strong care culture, and ensure high-quality outcomes for residents and their families.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the care team to deliver person-centred, dementia-friendly care
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards
• Implement clear action plans to improve quality, occupancy, and staff engagement
• Build strong relationships with residents, relatives, professionals, and the wider community
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement

• Previous experience as a Registered or Home Manager, ideally in dementia care
• Demonstrable experience in service turnaround or quality improvement
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional care
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards) preferred
