Job Description:

Role: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: East Kilbride
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum


Are you an experienced clinical leader with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care? We're looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-respected nursing home in East Kilbride, supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service and leading the clinical team to excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical governance and medication management
• Support with staff training, supervision and development
• Work closely with the Home Manager on audits, compliance and inspections
• Lead shifts and support with rota management
• Ensure personalised care plans are up-to-date and reflective of individual needs
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

• NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
• Previous experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role
• Strong knowledge of current CQC (Care Inspectorate) and healthcare standards
• Excellent communication, mentoring and organisational skills
• Confident in leading shifts and supporting a multidisciplinary team

• Competitive salary of £50,000 – £55,000, dependent on experience
