Deputy Manager – Elderly Care Home

Location: Redditch

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join a highly regarded elderly care home located in Redditch. This well-respected service is recognised for its commitment to delivering exceptional standards of person-centred care in a warm, supportive, and compassionate environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest levels of clinical and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Home Manager in the overall management and leadership of the care home
• Leading, supporting, and developing care teams to ensure consistently high standards of care
• Managing and overseeing clinical practices to ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
• Driving quality improvement and promoting best practice across the home

About You:

• RMN qualification is essential
• Prior experience as a Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead within an elderly care setting
• Experienced in managing complex dementia cases
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Confident in leading, supporting, and developing care teams
• Possesses strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
