Registered Home Manager
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager to take the lead at a well-established specialist care service in the Huddersfield area. The home provides tailored nursing and residential support for adults with complex needs, offering a supportive and person-centred environment.
 
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and compliance. You will lead and motivate your team, manage resources effectively, and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
 
About You
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated leader who shares a passion for delivering excellent care and achieving the best outcomes for residents.
 
Essential criteria:

• Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN (RGN / RMN / RNLD).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a care home or similar setting.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Good knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
