Regional Manager – Elderly Care
Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + car allowance + 15% bonus
Location: East Midlands (Regional role)
Hours: Full-time

About the role: The Regional Manager will oversee up to six care home managers, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence. The role bridges the gap between senior leadership and frontline management, playing a key part in the success and reputation of the homes.
Key responsibilities:

• Line management and development of home managers
• Driving team engagement and fostering a positive culture
• Overseeing care standards, compliance, and regulatory performance
• Acting as an ambassador for occupancy growth and recruitment
• Full P&L responsibility for the homes in your remit

• Proven track record as a Regional Manager, overseeing at least four elderly care homes (nursing or residential)
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire
• Commercial awareness with experience in managing budgets and driving occupancy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (with commitment to Level 5/7) or a registered nurse with an active PIN
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly across the region
• Based within 1 hour 15 minutes of the East Midlands support hub

• Three years+ regional management experience across six or more homes
• NVQ Level 5/7 completed
• Current NMC registration
