Registered Manager – 12-Month FTC

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (Negotiable)

Location: Didcot

On-site accommodation available if required

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a highly regarded care provider in Didcot on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

This role requires a strong clinical background, with nursing experience essential. While holding an active NMC registration as a Nurse is preferred, it is not essential for consideration.

The successful candidate will bring proven leadership skills and the ability to deliver exceptional care standards, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of the service
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements
  • Oversee clinical care delivery and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Lead, support and develop the staff team to achieve excellence in care provision
  • Manage budgets, resources and staffing levels effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service
Key Requirements:
  • Registered Manager experience within a healthcare setting
  • Nursing experience (essential)
  • Nurse qualification preferred but not essential
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to drive high standards of care and regulatory compliance
