Role: Registered Home Manager
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £57,000 + Performance-Based Occupancy Bonus


We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established small nursing home in Chesterfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with a proven track record of boosting occupancy and maintaining high-quality care standards.
 
What We’re Looking For:

• A confident Registered Manager with experience in nursing home settings
• Demonstrated ability to drive occupancy and manage pressure positively
• Experience in improving or maintaining CQC ratings is highly desirable
• A leader who thrives on motivating teams and delivering quality person-centred care
