Role: Registered Home Manager
Location: Chesterfield
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a well-established medium-sized residential care home based in the Chesterfield area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who is looking for a rewarding role within a supportive organisation. The home has a stable team in place and provides high-quality, person-centred care for its residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
- Lead, inspire and develop the staff team to deliver excellent care and support.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure strong occupancy levels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
About You:- Experienced in managing a care home or similar setting, with a strong understanding of CQC requirements.
- A confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Person-centred in approach, with a genuine passion for providing the best possible care.
