Clinical Deputy Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Norwich
Salary: £48,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a well-established medium-sized nursing home in Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated nurse leader to support the Home Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

About the Role:
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in both the clinical and operational management of the home. You will lead and inspire the nursing and care teams, oversee care planning and compliance, and ensure that all residents receive the highest standards of care. You will also deputise for the Home Manager when required.

Requirements:

• Active NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Deputy Manager or similar senior nursing role
• Strong clinical background and confident in leading teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• A passion for delivering person-centred care
