Registered Manager – Residential Care Home
Atherstone
£55,000 – £65,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Registered Manager to lead a medium-sized residential home in Atherstone. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader with a strong track record in delivering high-quality care while improving service performance.
The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to provide person-centred, high-quality care.
  • Driving improvements in occupancy, with a particular focus on increasing private paying residents.
  • Reducing reliance on agency staff through effective recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and achieving positive inspection outcomes.
  • Managing budgets, resources, and the overall performance of the home.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
About You We are looking for a confident, motivated, and proactive leader who can balance quality of care with commercial success. You will have:
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in adult social care.
  • A strong track record in agency reduction and building a stable, well-trained workforce.
  • Experience in increasing private occupancy and developing a home’s local reputation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A recognised management or care qualification (NVQ/QCF Level 5 or equivalent).
