Registered Manager – Residential Nursing Home
Location: Redcar
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE
Are you an experienced leader in the care sector looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Manager to take responsibility for a well-established, medium-sized residential nursing home in Redcar.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident well-being. You’ll provide inspirational leadership to your team, drive occupancy, and ensure the service continues to deliver excellent outcomes for residents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering safe, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
- Leading, supporting, and developing a dedicated staff team.
- Managing budgets, occupancy, and ensuring strong financial performance.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
About You:- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home environment.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- NMC registration is highly desirable, but not essential.
