The retreat has been designed as a discreet sanctuary that blends world-class hospitality with holistic health and personalised recovery experiences. Guests range from those seeking post-operative rehabilitation to longer-term stays, all delivered within a private and restorative setting.

Role Overview

The Club Concierge is a highly engaging, member-facing role that combines hospitality excellence with confident communication and exceptional organisational skills. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will ensure every interaction reflects refinement, warmth, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional first impression and manage enquiries with empathy and efficiency.
• Showcase the retreat’s facilities and services with confidence, arranging and hosting tours.
• Support guest move-ins and create seamless, personalised experiences.
• Liaise with operations, hospitality, and clinical teams to anticipate and meet member needs.
• Maintain immaculate front-of-house standards and record all enquiries accurately on CRM systems.

• Experience in luxury hospitality, private healthcare, or five-star environments.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• IT literacy (Microsoft Office essential, CRM experience desirable).
• Impeccable personal presentation, proactive and calm under pressure.
