Commissioning Home Manager – Derby
Salary: Up to £65,000 + 25% Bonus
Are you an experienced Home Manager with a proven track record of success, looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dynamic and driven Commissioning Home Manager to lead the opening and ongoing development of a brand-new, luxury care home in Derby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader to put their stamp on a new service, building a strong team, driving occupancy, and embedding outstanding care standards from day one.
The Role:

• Take full responsibility for commissioning and opening a new, purpose-built care home
• Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team
• Build strong links with the local community and stakeholders
• Drive occupancy growth and commercial success
• Ensure the highest standards of care, safety and compliance in line with CQC requirements

• A proven Home Manager with experience of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
• Ideally experienced in commissioning or turnaround projects
• A confident leader with excellent communication and people management skills
• Commercially astute with the ability to deliver strong occupancy and financial performance
• Passionate about delivering person-centred care and creating a positive home culture
