Role: Home Manager - Registered Nurse Qualification Essential

Are you an experienced and motivated Home Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care? We are seeking a dedicated leader to take on the management of a well-established care service, ensuring residents receive the best possible support in a safe, compassionate, and professional environment.
The Role
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, leading and developing the care team, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. You will play a key role in driving the home’s vision and strategy, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring operational and financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the home, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
- Lead, motivate, and support the staff team to achieve excellence.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
- Ensure effective financial management, budgeting, and occupancy levels.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
About You:- A qualified Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with an active NMC PIN – essential.
- Minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting.
- Proven ability to work with service users with complex healthcare needs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of care assessments.
- Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and resources.
- Resilient, highly motivated, and passionate about delivering outstanding care.
