We are seeking an exceptional Home Manager to lead a medium-sized luxury nursing home in Glasgow. This is a high-profile leadership role within a well-respected organisation, offering the opportunity to manage a premium service with a focus on quality, compliance, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all aspects of home operations, ensuring regulatory excellence and the highest clinical standards.
• Drive commercial success by maximising occupancy, managing fee structures, and ensuring strong financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to deliver service excellence.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including with residents, families, regulators, and local communities.

• Proven success as a Home Manager within the luxury care or high-fee, private-paying market.
• Strong financial acumen and demonstrable experience of delivering commercial results.
• Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks within health and social care.
