An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established care home in Middlesbrough as it transitions from residential to nursing care. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic leader with strong clinical and operational expertise, offering the chance to shape the home’s future direction and deliver outstanding care.
The Role As the Registered Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home’s management — ensuring the delivery of safe, person-centred care and full compliance with CQC requirements. You’ll play a key role in supporting the transition to nursing registration, building and leading a skilled team to provide high-quality clinical and residential care.
About You
- RGN qualification with active NMC pin (essential)
- Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within a nursing or residential care setting
- Strong track record in CQC improvement and service turnaround
- Demonstrated success in increasing occupancy and maintaining commercial performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Confident in leading change and managing a service through registration or development phases
